There are many steps you can take to eliminate anxiety, which will increase your marks and improve your overall mental health.
Practical ways on how to prepare for a test:
Give yourself reasonable time for studying. If you wait until the night before a test to begin to study, that is very likely to increase your anxiety. You will have a limited time to cover all the materials and you will not have time to ask questions or find missing information.
